However, to maintain the highest hygiene standards and ensure the integrity of every item we ship, we have established strict return and refund guidelines outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made from Fioluxe Jewelry are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

The following reasons are not eligible for return or refund: 

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size, color, or item chosen

  • Personal preference

  • "Did not like it"

 

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Products

 For hygiene and safety reasons, ALL jewelry items are final sale, including:

Necklaces

Bracelets

Rings

Anklets

Watches

Sunglasses

3. Damaged or Defective Item (ONLY Exception)

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Email us at infofioluxejewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery

2. Include your order number + clear photos of the issue

3. Claims will be reviewed within 24-48 hours

If approved:

You may receive a replacement of the same item 

OR

A store credit

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photo evidence will automatically be denied.

4. Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without contacting us first will be:

Refused

Not processed

Returned to the sender

5. Shipping Fees

​

Shipping Costs are:

Non-refundable

Not covered by Fioluxe for damages claims

Not reimbursed for any reason

Customers are responsible for any return shipping unless we state otherwise in writing.

6. Lost or Stolen packages

Fioluxe Jewelry is not responsible for: 

  • Packages marked delivered but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Carrier delays or loss

7. Return Shipping (If a Return is Approved)

If we approve a return due to a damaged or defective item:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Fioluxe Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels.

Returned items must be shipped with tracking information, which must be emailed to us once sent.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns sent without tracking may result in delays or denial of replacement or store credit.

8. Return Processing Timeline

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to complete the review.

If your item meets our return criteria:

Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days, allowing you to select another piece that speaks to your style.

For items deemed defective, a refund to your original payment method will be processed within 5-10 business days.
